Preseason Clinic: Get Ready to Dominate this Spring!

Apply to join Seattle’s premier preseason fitness and lacrosse skills clinic, designed exclusively for 7th and 8th graders ready to elevate their game. This high-energy, invite-only program builds the foundation for a successful spring season by focusing on fitness, footwork, shooting, positioning, and stick skills—all in a no-contact, all-skills environment.

What to Expect:

• 4-Week Program: Sessions held weekly from January 7th–29th, 2025.
• Personalized Attention: With an 8:1 athlete-to-coach ratio, training is tailored to help you maximize your potential.
• Station-Based Excellence: Rotating through strength, footwork, and position-specific skill stations ensures balanced development.
• Chalk Talk: Gain valuable insights into game strategy, leadership, and the championship mindset.

Dates and Locations:

• Brighton Playfield: January 7th, 16th, and 23rd, 7:00–8:30 PM
• Genesee Park Lower Field: January 29th, 7:00–8:30 PM

Cost:

If accepted, the Elite 40 preseason clinic costs $160. A separate registration will be sent with acceptance. No credit card information required with application.
